When will I get ordered product?
The average shipping time for your order is 5 to7 business days, but please allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery due to third-party delivery service.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes, the information provided will only be used for making legal documents related to the transaction and for delivery.

How Long Can I Get My Products?
We will ship your goods after we received your payment in 24 hours. It is typically 5-7 days to receive your goods.
We’ll be on hand to answer your questions if you need help tracking your delivery or have concerns about a delivery time.

Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount. If you want to do business with us in wholesale, we will give you a certain discount, depending on the quality you order.

Will my personal details such as my telephone number and address be given out to anyone else?
No! Your personal details such as your telephone number and address will never be given out to others. Furthermore, you will only be contacted to confirm your order.

I’ve lost my password. How can I retrieve it?
If you happen to forget your password, please contact us ASAP. We will send you by e-mail your password or you can try our online service. We will always available.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
All of the products that you see on our site are in stock and waiting to be shipped. However if by chance it happens that an item is out of stock we will notify the customer and will offer the customer the opportunity to substitute the item for another item in stock, remove it from the order, or place the order temporarily on hold until the item is in stock again. If a customer chooses to remove the out of stock item from the order, a refund will be issued for the item including the difference in the shipping cost. If that is still unsatisfactory, we will then offer a full refund for the order.

What if I change my address?
It would be best that you can send us an e-mail with your updated new address. Or you can leave the new address in the “remark” blank, so mention us in words.

Will you accept my roommate’s credit card to purchase my order?
Absolutely not! You must be the owner of the card to place an order with us. Please also bear in mind that your IP address is logged when you place orders with us and that any fraudulent order placed with us will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I wish to make a return. What should I do?
